The Washington Unified School District (WUSD) is requesting proposals for Internal Connections Network UPS Equipment, including installation and configuration. This project encompasses all work necessary to provide and configure Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units to support the district’s core network infrastructure.

All questions related to the RFP must be submitted in writing via email to Brian Briggs at bbriggs@wusdk12.ca.us no later than January 24, 2025, by 4:00 p.m. Proposals must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on February 10, 2025, to Washington Unified School District, Attention: Brian Briggs, Director of Technology, 930 Westacre Road, West Sacramento, CA 95691. Submissions should include one original proposal, two bound copies, and one electronic copy on a USB drive. Proposals must be sealed and clearly labeled as RFP # 01-2025UPS – UPS Units for Core Network Infrastructure.

Please download the RFP from USAC's EPC website or via the link in the posted Form 470 to ensure you receive all updates. Note that quantities listed in the RFP are estimates, and vendors should propose solutions that meet or exceed the minimum specifications outlined. Additional information on applicable service types, including BMIC or MIBS, is included in the RFP.
